Full-Service Fabrication
Under One Roof

From prototype to production run, we offer a complete range of sheet metal fabrication services with materials from 24 gauge to 3/8″ plate.

Fiber laser cutting metal with sparks

Laser Cutting & Punch Press

Fiber optic laser cutting for precision, speed, and clean edges across production volumes. We cut steel, stainless, and aluminum up to ½″ thick with consistent repeatability run to run.

Press brake bending sheet metal

Traditional Bending

Multiple press brakes with a broad tooling library kept on-hand for repeat programs. Handles complex geometries, larger parts, and diverse part families with proven setups.

Welder working with sparks

Welding

TIG, MIG, and spot welding by certified welders. Structural and cosmetic welds at production quantities — consistent quality across every run.

Punch press turret

Hardware Insertion

PEM nuts, standoffs, studs, and other fasteners inserted precisely and consistently during fabrication — so your parts arrive ready for assembly with no secondary operations required.

Formed copper bus bars

Bus Bar Manufacturing

Precision-cut and formed copper and aluminum bus bars for electrical distribution and power systems. We bring the same sheet metal expertise and production rigor to bus bar programs as we do to structural fabrication.

Precision measurement with calipers

Quality & Inspection

Dimensional verification and in-process inspection are built into every production run — not added at the end. First-article checks, in-process sampling, and final inspection before shipment mean problems get caught before they become your problem.

Turnkey Program Coordination

We act as your single-source manufacturing partner. Secondary processes — machining, plating, anodizing, powder coat, assembly — are coordinated through our trusted vendor network. One PO, one point of contact, complete finished components delivered on schedule. You get the simplicity of a single supplier with access to a full range of manufacturing capabilities.

The Innovated Metal Advantage

20+

Years of Experience

Founded in 2001, we bring over two decades of sheet metal and bus bar manufacturing expertise to every production program we run.

1

Vendor. Complete Parts.

From raw sheet to finished component — fabrication, hardware, secondary processes, and delivery managed through a single point of contact.

2

Shifts. Built to Scale.

Running first and second shift means we have the capacity to support growing production programs and meet demanding delivery schedules.

What We Can Do For Your Program

Our equipment and processes are set up for consistent, repeatable output at production volumes — from sheet to finished part, all in-house.
